After years of planning, months of design, and what seemed like a never ending stream of paperwork, Wing Creek Resort has its first Hamill Creek Timber Home!!! On May 21st, 2011 we officially opened the Birchgrove Show Home to the public. It was an exciting time for the partnership, the craftsman who built the home, the sales team, and all the trades that worked countless hours. We gathered early to share the moment together and, in an effort to garner some good karma, participated in a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Living in a Strata

Understanding the dynamics of a Strata community can be difficult if you have never lived in one.  Consider a condominium Strata where owners pay monthly and in return the building is maintained for them. In addition, the residents are only responsible for the interior of their apartment. The Strata ensures that garbage is removed, snow is ploughed, the yard is maintained, common areas are cleaned, and sometimes even more. Sound good?
